Wade Shealy’s team transformed this 4,000 acres into a low-density, high-end destination while protecting the environment. Land conservation was demonstrated by placing a large tract into a permanent easement that would not allow for any future development.  Open space is found over the entire community allowing for wildlife and nature to continue to flourish.

Wade has since sold all of his interest in Hampton Island and no longer has any involvement with the project.
